Kamsa was founded by Lola Han, a compensation thought leader and expert. Lola was formerly Head of Compensation at global companies like Zendesk and Lookout; after spending over 15+ years consulting companies on compensation, she became frustrated with a lack of reliable market compensation data and tools to address compensation effectively for organizations.
After endless hours wasted in lots of spreadsheets ‘Frankenstein-ing’ raw data into ranges, Lola knew she could modernize how compensation is done — it didn’t have to be painful. In 2017, she started developing Kamsa to make compensation painless for organizations.
